The former professionals of your portfolio companies are in unique positions to provide material information on how to get the best out of each member of your team and how to attract, develop, and organize the talent necessary to drive company growth.

Strategic Positioning 

Through our interviews, we seek to shed light on the short- and long-term opportunities available to portfolio companies.  Our interviews seek feedback on a company’s products and services; sales, marketing, and consumer preferences; and how to strengthen its existing competitive advantage.

Our work is designed to be a fluid exercise to equip investors and management teams with ongoing feedback during every stage of the value creation process. We are engaged during the first several months post-transaction, and may continue our work on an ongoing basis as professionals continue to transition to roles outside your organization.
